About SORF
One kind of flange that is designed to fit over the end of a pipe and be welded in place is called a slip on raised flange. Raised slip-on flanges are round, flat discs with a hole in the center. The objective is to connect two pipes using screws. These consist of four parts. This is a base ring that attaches to the pipe.
